We offer three main types of epoxy resin: Craft Epoxy Resin for art and small projects, Flooring Epoxy Resin for industrial and commercial floors, and Deep Pour Resin for thick pours like river tables. Each is formulated for specific applications with different cure times and viscosities.

UV resin cures in minutes under UV light and is ideal for small, detailed projects like jewelry. Epoxy resin requires mixing two components and takes 24-72 hours to cure but is better for larger projects. UV resin is more expensive per volume but offers instant results for small applications.

Yes, hardener is available separately for epoxy resin systems. However, we always recommend using the matched hardener designed for your specific resin to ensure proper curing and optimal results. Mixing different brands can lead to improper curing or reduced strength.

Calculate the volume of your mold or area in cubic centimeters (length × width × depth). For epoxy, use approximately 1.1kg per liter of volume. Our team can help with calculations - just contact us with your project dimensions. We offer project consultation for bulk orders.

Our standard epoxy resin uses a 2:1 ratio (2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume). Always mix by volume or weight according to product instructions. Incorrect ratios will result in sticky, uncured resin. Use precise measuring containers and mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes.

Yes! You can add resin-specific colorants, mica powders, or alcohol inks. Add colorant gradually - too much can affect curing. We recommend staying under 6% colorant by weight. We also sell compatible resin pigments and mica powders specifically formulated for epoxy and UV resin.

Mix slowly to minimize air incorporation. After pouring, use a heat gun or torch to pop surface bubbles (keep moving, don't overheat). Working in a warm room helps bubbles rise faster. For deep pours, our Deep Pour Resin is specifically formulated to release bubbles naturally.

For retail orders, we have no minimum - you can order as little as 500ml. For wholesale or bulk orders (over 20kg), we offer discounted pricing. Contact our sales team for bulk quotes and commercial pricing tailored to your project needs.

Yes, we deliver across Sri Lanka. Orders within Matara typically arrive within 1-2 days. Colombo and major cities receive delivery in 2-3 days. Remote areas may take 3-5 days. We use professional courier services and provide tracking numbers for all shipments.

We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 50,000, and online payment. For bulk orders, we offer credit terms for registered businesses with approved accounts. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Uncured epoxy resin and hardener can cause skin irritation and sensitization. Always wear gloves, work in ventilated areas, and avoid skin contact. Once fully cured (72 hours), epoxy is inert and safe for food contact if using food-grade resin. We provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) with all orders.

Essential safety equipment includes: nitrile gloves (not latex), safety glasses, respirator mask for large projects or poor ventilation, and protective clothing. Work in well-ventilated areas. Keep resin away from children and pets. We sell safety kits specifically designed for resin work.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (15-25°C ideal). Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use. Shelf life is typically 12 months for unmixed resin and hardener when stored properly. Check product labels for specific storage instructions. Do not freeze.

Common causes: incorrect mixing ratio, insufficient mixing, temperature too cold (below 20°C), expired product, or contamination. Ensure exact measurements, mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes, and maintain room temperature above 22°C. Contact us with your batch number if issues persist.

Standard epoxy resins yellow over time with UV exposure. For outdoor use, choose our UV-resistant epoxy or apply a UV-protective top coat. Our UV resin is specifically designed for projects that will be exposed to sunlight. Proper UV protection can extend outdoor life by years.

The optimal temperature range is 22-27°C for most epoxy resins. Below 20°C, resin becomes thick and may not cure properly. Above 30°C, it may cure too fast and generate excessive heat. Use air conditioning or fans to maintain ideal conditions for best results.

Yes! We offer free technical consultation for all customers. Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your questions. For complex projects or commercial applications, we can arrange site visits or video calls with our technical experts to ensure project success.
